8oz mac
1/4 c of butter
¼ c of flour
2 c milk
Salt to taste, peppa
2 c shredded cheddar
Cook mac, no salt in water
New saucepan, melt butter over low heat
Add flour, stir til smooth
Cook 1 min, stirry constantly
Gradually add milk
Cook over med heat, stirring til thickens and bubbles
Start stirring in cheese until melts
Stir in mac
Pour into greased baking dish
Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-35 minutes/bubbly
